3Under performs

With the specs on this thing you'd think it would be blazing fast. However, when set to full 1080 it is not able to smoothing play a streamed HD video off my media storage. My Roku can with no problem. I can do it when set at 720. Also, it won't play HD off of apps like google play movies or Vudu. I guess this is considered a rooted or custom build of Android so some apps won't stream HD to it. Also it connects to my network at a much slower speed then my other Android devices. I was expecting much more from this device, I feel like I should have bought a second Roku HD.
