1VERY unhappy with this purchase and the seller

This machine is HORRIBLE. I ordered two from this seller and they were only able to provide me with one and it took ONE WHOLE WEEK to get a refund. We used the laptop for 2 days and after that it froze up and wouldn't work anymore. It's very slow and works like a cheap cell phone. You can't even scroll up and down right on this thing. DON'T BUY IT!!!! I never post comments on seller's profiles because I don't like to badmouth, but people need to be aware of this seller and this ripoff of a product. You get what you pay for so pay more for something better.

4I feel cheated- but not by the seller

I suppose I got what I paid for, but this computer stinks. It's terribly slow, terribly confusing, and some of the pre-loaded programs are absolutely useless. Let me make it clear that my dissatisfaction is with the product, not the seller. The seller has been great.
