An Awesome Tablet For Children!
By Dad of Divas
This was an amazing educational tablet! My youngest daughter took hold of this and just took off. She loved the pre-loaded books and enjoyed being in control of how she read the books too. As a father I have to say that I really loved this feature as it allowed her to be able to put it on auto play, Read to Me, or Read By Myself mode. This by itself is so innovative and it allows the child to grow and learn with the story itself.
On top of this there are 35 other pre-loaded applications. My daughters' favorite so far was the Kids Video App. I really liked how the app pulled videos based on the age of the viewer, so I can be comfortable allowing her to look at videos that were appropriate for her age.
My daughter also really likest using the camera that is built into this tablet and seeing that it has quite a bit of internal built in memory. Now, the only downside is that it is only a 2MP camera so the overall quality is not the highest, but for her it is fine.
On top of the built ins, there are some great physical features such as the outside bumpers that make this tablet made for younger users, and you will find that these safeguard the tablet well from accidental drops, which is perfect for small hands.
All-in-all, I was very impressed and I think that you will be too. If you have a young child and are looking for a tablet for your child, I encourage you to check this out today!

SUPER slow -spend the extra money and buy anything better!

This tablet was NOT ready to be on the market yet. Takes a long time to start up (if it starts at all). The apps that are pre-loaded aren't great. The graphics are mediocre at best. The lock locks the functionality of the screen as well as disabling the buttons, so if I set my toddler down with an interactive book and "lock" the tablet, she can't even do the interactions with the book such as turning the pages or touching the words/pictures. The App Store is ridiculous. It moves SOOOOO slow which makes it difficult to search or browse for anything. The app Kids Vids stops working almost every time and rarely even plays the Sesame Street videos. It doesn't support netflix which houses my toddlers favorite shows. I eventually get so mad at it that I turn it off an tell my daughter that "it's broken". The charge only lasts for a few days, even when not being used. Takes at least 4 hours to fully charge. A complete waste of money. I hate it and don't recommend it to ANYBODY!

Has defects
By crystal smith
I bought this tablet for my sons 3rd birthday , he absolutly loved it and it was easy for him to use . I liked that i didnt have to worry about him getting on anything that would be inappropiate or emptying my bank account. The first tablet after 2 weeks i had to exchange for another ( same thing because my son loved it.) because it froze on a screen with a bunch of colored circles and would not doing anything else. The second and current one we've had about a 2 weeks and will go blank and freeze after a short time of play but will reboot. I hate to say it but if it continues to do this i will have to take it back and probably get an kindle fire hd. I really think polaroid was onto something with this tablet but it seems they rushed to market the product before totally testing it. No parent wants to see disappointment on their kids faces after you spend 200 on something that suppose to be fun and educational.Did end up returning second tablet and buying my son a kindle fire which has a built in app that plays hundreds of full version games and videos for only 3.00 a month. the poloroid is trials for games and videos are only 2 or 3 minute short videos or previews. So if you are looking for a kids tablet to get your money worth do not buy this . Look into the basic kindle fires you can buy a safe kids cover for it and let them grow with it .
