NICE TABLET...TERRIBLE COMPANY

I have one of these YF732-8G Kaser Net's Go2 tablets and first off I want to set the record straight, it is billed as a Jelly Bean OS when in fact it is an Ice Cream Sandwich OS. This tablet is not to bad for the money, it does have Google Play built in and has basically done all that I need it to. It plays Netflix very well along with other Movie Apps. It is a rather Fast Tablet, but lacks the HDMI port that many other tablets have. It only has 1 usb port but when hooked up to a keyboard it works like a laptop to a degree. The headphone Jack is a waste, as with the headphones plugged in you can still hear it via the built in speakers. If you have any problems with the Tablet you are pretty much on your own as the Kaser Company that markets this tablet has NO Product/Customer/Technical Support at all and if you DO E-MAIL Them they have a "WE DON'T GIVE A DAMN." attitude.

worst company ever- not even a whole star rating

This product was damaged when received, programmed in foreign language. No customer service at all. Tablet was for daughters birthday so when she finally received they say now will not fix because can't prove received that way. Returned it them to see if they could repair told me no and returned it with parts missing. Do Not Buy From this Company.

Not as advertised

This is not the product that will be delivered to your home. Only the tablet, with no portfolio delivered. The tablet is decent, everything seems to be working and overall I would give this product a much higher rating if they had delivered what I ordered. I wasn't expecting the top of the line for this price, but it is well built and only really lacking the HDMI port compared to others in the same price range. I mistakenly believed that it would be worth it if it came with the keyboard and portfolio case. I am contacting the seller, but not holding out hope since others seem to have had less than stellar experiences.
