4Excellant quality for the price!!!

I received my package over night as specified. I was able to immediately turn it on and it had a full battery ready to go! Set up was simple, speed very good and the picture quality is great for watching movies. I would have rated it a 5 star except one of the corners of the tablet seems to somehow be slightly separated from the backing. Not a deal breaker, works fine! Looks sharp and has a great battery life. Would consider getting another for my 6 yr old daughter, she loves it too! It is really nice to find a nice quality piece for not a lot of money. I choose this one because I liked the price point and the value is wonderful. Works as well as described and seems lighter than my other tablet of about the same size. The brand seems to fly under the radar, but with a little more exposure, I am sure it would be a top seller. Oh, and despite the graphics on the picture, my tablet was in English, not Chinese. Happy, Happy, Happy.

It arrived with no booklet or instructions??? I have a hard time turning it on????!!!
Is there any technical Support for this tablet??
