Very satisfied

I ordered this item on Cyber Monday and got it today so it came pretty quickly.
I was surprised when I opened the package, it had a screen protector and a cover which made me very happy, saved me money on ordering extra accessories.
It also included a set of headphones, similar to iPhone headset, among the usual; wall charger, usb connector, usb adapter, a cloth for the screen protector and a user manual.
It came fully charged and with skype, netflix and facebook apps already installed on it (I mention this cause those are my main apps of use).
I didn't have a lot of time to play with it yet as I opened it just couple of hours ago but so far I'm satisfied.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is cause the back part of the tablet is a bit rough texture, it's not smooth as you'd get from apple or samsung tablets, but it's not a big deal for me, as for the first tablet I own I'm satisfied and think it's worth it's price if you don't have money to spend on big name brands like me.

I have had the ZTO 7" for a year. I love it. 7" is the perfect size to bring along to read a book or watch a movie. It is large enough to be able to pull up web pages and actually read them. I have used that old work horse every day that I've owned it.
So Why did I upgrade to this version when I love the original so much? 2 reasons. This one has Android Version 4.0.4 with front and rear facing cameras that I needed, the battery life is much longer than the old.
So the verdict? -- I love it. It is more solid than the original. A beautiful bright and vibrant screen. Good Battery life (so far). It comes with extra Screen Protectors, Sleeve, Cleaning cloth and Stereo Earphone, I am happy to have these goodies ready received.
Things I love:
Price:----- N1+ is $99 for a Android 4.0 tablet with dual cameras, only $10 more than the N1.
Size:------ This thing is perfect for book reading, watching movies on a plane, and just carrying round without it feeling too big.
Screen:---- Like I said, this think looks greet for media like movies and pictures.
Build:------ This thing is solid. I have been very impressed with ZTO lately
Android:--- Version 4.0.4 - Great tablet OS. Like it much better than iOS. I love apple product, but never bought into the apple ecosystem, so I prefer Android.
Things I like:
Cameras:---- The shooter on this is OK. Plenty of pixels and shoots well in good light. it is OK but not great. Not an issue for me since I never used the camera on my old N1. There is also not a built in flash. OK with me at this price point.
Things I don't like:
Internal memory is only 4GB, not big enough to install some HD movies. However, there is micro SD card slot which supports my 32GB TF cards perfectly.
I will update when I've had more time to try this thing out, but so far, I am impressed.
If you do not have a 7" tab, and are looking to get one - buy this. You will not be disappointed!

Super fast delivery. GREAT Customer service

I ordered 2 of these (one in black and one in white). Both came within 3 days from China! One was perfect right out of the box. Very intuitive. Not alot of directions, but if you know anything android, you will be able to figure it out.
The other one had an issue. I emailed Omar at Customer Support, and within an hour he got back to me with a resolution. We went back and forth through email for a couple of hours until all was resolved. It turned out there was a loose connection on one of them, and he was able to talk me through the fix. Saved me alot of trouble. The tablets themselves work better in almost every way than I expected. They are pretty fast, graphics are good, my kids are happy! And so am I. I do recommend this tablet, especially for the price. But the wonderful Customer Service makes it a Slam dunk! I may be buying another for myself!

I have to change my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars...
I bought 2 of these from Super Savings Store ... one white, one black. The white one is running GREAT and we are very happy with it. The black one however, had some issues. Omar from CS handled the problems immediately and I was very happy. But AFTER I wrote 2 great reviews (one for the white and one for the black model) I had a further problem. Well, I have been emailing him for a week... no response. HHMMMMMMM... after the good review I can't get in touch with them? Maybe the customer support isn't so great.
